Job Description:

• Managing, designing, developing, creating and maintaining project
• To prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.
• Liaise with supplier & subcontractor to get the best price
• To track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
• To forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project.
• Conducting on site investigations and analyzing date
• Assessing potential risks, materials & cost
• Source construction materials
• Keeping track of materials
• Measure and value the project work done

Job Requirements:

• Senior Executive: 5 years and above of experience OR has held an Assistant Manager Position
• Possess a Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering.
• Specialized in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering in construction industry.
• Able to work under tight schedules to meet datelines.
• Ability to work independently & attention to details.
• An excellent verbal and written communication & interpersonal skills.
