Role Description:

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Producer to join our team remotely from Malaysia or the Philippines. As a Digital Marketing Producer, you will be instrumental in managing digital marketing campaigns, content creation, project management, and digital media optimization. This role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to collaborate with our Australian-based team while enjoying the comfort of your home.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee digital marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely execution of digital marketing projects.
• Create and curate engaging content for digital platforms, including website, social media, and email newsletters.
• Write compelling marketing materials and optimise digital media campaigns for maximum impact.
• Work with WordPress Elementor editor for web content publication, ensuring visually appealing and user-friendly layouts.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Key Skills Required:

• Copywriting:
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive copy for various digital platforms.
• A keen understanding of brand voice and tone to maintain consistency across all marketing materials.
• Experience in writing engaging headlines, taglines, and calls-to-action that drive conversions.
• Graphic Design:
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Ability to create visually appealing graphics, images, and layouts to enhance digital marketing materials.
• Understanding of design principles and typography to ensure effective communication of brand messages.
• Video Editing and Production:
• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Experience in editing and enhancing raw footage to create compelling video content for digital channels.
• Knowledge of video production techniques, including shooting, lighting, and sound recording, to produce high-quality videos.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, with expertise in campaign management and content creation.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
• Digital media proficiency, including familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing, and digital advertising.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team structure.
• Experience in the construction or building industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
