Role Description

???? Drive the creative vision : conceptualize and develop landscape design for residential , commercial or public space , alingning with client needs , sustainability goal , and budgetery constraints.

???? Masterful execution : prepare detailed construction document , specification and cost estimates , ensuring project stays on truck and within budget .

???? collabaration is key : partner seamlessy with client , architect , engineers and contractor , fostering clear communication and achieving shared goals.

Qualification

Landscape Planning and Landscape Design skills

in depth understanding of construction methods, material and sustainable practices.

Experience in Landscaping and Landscape Architecture

A visionery leader with a commitment to pushing boundaries and exceeding expecatations.

Strong project management and leadership skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in CAD and other design software

Knowledge of local regulations and environmental sustainability

Previous experience in a senior or leadership role is preferred

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field
