Job Descriptions:

• Communicate and work as a team with supervisor, material controller and workers to arrange and also delicate the work.
• Attend daily progress and planning work meeting with internal coordination meeting among supervisor/coordinator.
• Make sure all the work team follow client’s safety rules and regulation and monitor on worker’s personnel protective equipment (PPE) as per safe work requirements.
• Assist in developing and implementing safety and loss prevention programs.
• Inspect workplace at the beginning of each day to make sure it is safe for operation.
• Perform accident investigations to gauge measures that need to be taken to prevent them the next time.
• Shall carry out other SHE related tasks as and when required by the Project Manager or Branch Manager.
• You shall be committed to ensure every task is done safely and in accordance with the company SHE Policy, Procedure Standards, Legal Requirements and Managerial Instructions. Safety, Health and Environmental awareness shall be given top priority in your daily work.

Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in HSE or Professional Certificate for OSH from NIOSH.
• Registered and certified safety and health officer by DOSH (Yellow book).
• Minimum 1 years of experience as a Site Safety Supervisor in the construction industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and enforce safety procedures.
