Job Description: Renovation Site Supervisor

Position Overview: As a Renovation Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of renovation projects, ensuring that they are completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards. You will be tasked with coordinating with various stakeholders, including subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Your role will involve on-site supervision, quality control, and problem-solving to address any issues that may arise during the renovation process.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Plan, organize, and manage renovation projects from start to finish.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines in collaboration with the project team.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedule and budget constraints.

On-Site Supervision:

• Provide on-site supervision and direction to construction crews, subcontractors, and laborers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on the construction site.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and progress.

Coordination and Communication:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Coordinate and schedule deliveries of materials and equipment to the construction site.
• Communicate project updates, issues, and resolutions to stakeholders in a timely manner.

Quality Control:

• Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure workmanship meets project specifications.
• Address any deficiencies or deviations from project plans promptly and effectively.
• Conduct final inspections to ensure that renovations meet client expectations and industry standards.

Problem Solving:

• Identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during the renovation process.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
• Generate comprehensive reports on project status, budget variances, and any notable incidents.
• Ensure that all relevant documentation is properly filed and archived for future reference.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in construction or renovation project management, with a focus on residential or commercial properties.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards relevant to renovation projects.
