Site Supervisor

• Supervise building/infrastructure/M&E works to ensure the contractors’ deliverables in according to specifications, drawings, SPA Plans and Company Quality Standard.
• Monitor and follow up on construction work progress and ensure progress is on schedule.
• Highlight discrepancies to Planning team and consultants for actions to minimize double handling due to errors observed in construction drawings.
• Attend site inspections and verify work done adhere to standards and comply with construction plans.
• Update and submit site progress for stage billing purposes.
• To check and monitor contractor’s progress of works in order to ensure project is ahead of schedule
• To check and ensure construction activities follow construction drawing and specification and liaise with consultants to resolve the construction issue where necessary.
• To execute, review, and join measure monthly with contractor for their progress claim.
• To perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.
• Monitor and coordinate the activities with the contractors on-site.
• To check and close all pre-cpc defect checklist before CPC
• Ensure accurate records of daily activities by the contractor, including work progress, weather conditions, and any incidents or accidents that occur on-site. 
• Maintain proper documentation at site including site inspection form, site dairy, etc.
• Responsible to ensure site safety compliance.

Requirements:

• At least Professional Certificate, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of exposure in project management.
• MS Projects, AutoCAD, Excel, Word.
• Able to work under minimum supervision, follow superior’s instruction and work under pressure.
