Site Supervisor

Job Title : Site Supervisor – senior

Requirements: 

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Required language (s):English,Bahasa Malaysia and simple Mandarin for basic communication.
• Possess good analytical skills,meticulous,highly organized,proactive,committed and strong negotiation skills.
• Candidates with minimum 3 years field experience are preferred.

Job Description: 

• Overseeing the progress of all construction activies.
• Ensuring all on-site workers adhere to the health and safety regulations.
• Communicating the progress report to superior.
• Attending any on-site meetings or events.
• To perform any other relevant duties as per given by Project Manager.
• Planning of work and resources with particular reference to work program to ensure timely progress.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of the site systems and equipment.
• Manage and plan daily and weekly activities to ensure the usage of manpower,materials,equipment and machines.
• Coordinate and work closely with all the consultants,sub- contractors and suppliers that involved in the projects.
• Update site daily activities and prepare all the relevant technical submission .

Job Title: Site Supervisor – Junior

• Candidates with minimum 1 years field experience are preferred.

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
