Job Description

REQUIREMENT

• Strong project management skills, strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Good problem-solving skills, as he or she must tackle and resolve issues that may arise during the construction process.
• Able to liaise with local authority and familiar with the authority guidelines.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
• Candidate  priority  possess at least  Diploma  in  Civil Engineering  or related field or with site supervisor experience
• Prefer candidates who are aged 23-50 y/o.
• Willing to travel locally from site to site.

JOBSCOPE

• Site co-ordination and supervision as needed
• To lead, coordinate and control the general workers
• Provide technical advice and resolve technical issues that arise during construction
• Able to work in a fast paced with deadline given.
• Monitoring and directing the activities of contractors and subcontractors from the beginning of a construction project until its completion.
• Overseeing, monitoring, and managing the progress of construction projects
• Ensuring that necessary and relevant materials are available, and ensuring all forms of delay by contractors due to conflicting project elements are prevented.
• Monitor daily site activities and site safety, conduct general site routine inspections of projects from time to time.
• Ensuring the safety of construction sites by making safety inspections and enforcing safety guidelines and protocols
• Responsible for inspecting & certifying work done by subcontractors.
• Overseeing and managing budgets throughout construction projects
• To attend the complaints & rectify the defects by purchaser.
