Duties and responsibilities

• Responsible for directing the manufacturing operations performed in a shift or group of production lines, ensuring they
• reach volume, quality and cost goals.
• Determine manufacturing processes and calculate machine and operator loads.
• The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Diploma with 5 years Experience.
• Able to manage a group of production supervisor and executive. (140-190 Headcounts).
• Result oriented in term production KPI delivery such as Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery.
• Able to analyse data and knowledge in problem solving techniques.
• Good critical thinking process. Experience in talent & succession planning.
• Fluent Spoken and writing Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Preferably in havign experience in counselling and mentoring
• Preferably in having good knowledge in lean manufacturing and agile manufacturing concept.
• Preferably in having good knowledge in SAP/MES
• Be accountable.
• De determoned to achieve.
