Penerangan Pekerjaan - Sr Project Coordinator and Liaison Officer

Key Responsibilities 

  • Assist in monitoring Project Implementor or Contractor’s performance to ensure smooth progress of Works to follow specifications, within the stipulated time, ensure quality of works and within the budget.
  • Support n coordinating/liaise and interfaces with the clients, local authority and Utilities provider and attends regular meetings and provides statistical reports.
  • Prepare status reports, preparation of monthly reports and prepare presentations regarding the progress of the work with respect to interim and major milestones.
  • Identify possible problem areas and propose preventative action to ensure that critical milestone are met for each phase of the project.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess contractor’s work progress based on approves schedule ; planned versus actual progress.
  • Support in determine critical-path activities for assigned discipline or specialities and identifies significants activities supporting inter-discipline requirement and identifies critical path for discipline or speciality work activities.
  • Accountable for tracking and monitoring the contributions of each project to the consolidated programme benefits for the assigned business area on and on-going basis to ensure objectives and benefits are delivered on time, within budget and business results are realised.
  • Central points of contact for project/program management governance, maintain data and update, collaborate with the key internal departments and external stakeholders to communicate and provide monthly report, analysis on an ongoing basis.
  • Build and maintain relationships with project owners and implementers or their related parties on technical and contractual obligations to achieve a smooth & efficient implementations of the projects.
  • Responsible for facilitating project teams in finding resolution of projects issues and risks in the assigned business area as well as managing issues and risks escalation via defined channels to ensure projects delivery

Others

  • Assist in the EMC Study Project and revision of the 2018 PIPC Masterplan, focusing on scopes such as Preliminary Traffic Impact Assessment (TIA) Marine Support Services and Utilities and Infrastructures Plan through comprehensive review, analysis, and development of options to ensure alignment with overall requirements and regulatory standards. 
  • Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements and innovative construction methods related to green, ESG, SDG and etc to drive improvements; and
  • Any other tasks as instructed by the superior from time to time n relevant to the company objective and mission
