Full job description

OB SCOPE

• To be part of C&S discipline team member under the Design and Technical team in design planning and execution of projects according to strict quality standards, deadlines and within budget while maintaining high levels of safety and client satisfaction.
• To assist for site coordination on C&S works following target timeline,budget and with quality standard.
• Review detail drawings by consultants, specifications and accuracy of the design andtechnical specs to required standards.
• Assist Senior Engineer and design team to monitor tender exercise up to issuance ofconstruction drawings to project construction team according to the timeline.
• Assist Senior Engineer and design team in monitoring consultant's authority submission,attend pre-consultation with authority, prepare notes of discussion for all internal designrelated meetings
• Co-ordination of detail design drawings for issuance of construction drawings.
• Assist project construction team on design related issues.
• Assist to manage sub-contractor under C&S trades and ensure progress as per Baseline Programme.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or any relevant qualification.
• Experience
• 3 to 5 years working experience in related background, high-rise project.
• Familiar with AutoCAD, Revit and Adobe.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
