Account Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Malaysia Airlines Berhad is seeking a motivated and independent Account Support Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis for remote work in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. As an Account Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our account management team, assisting with client communications, and helping to resolve any account-related issues that may arise.

Responsibilities: - Assist with the day-to-day management of client accounts - Communicate with clients via email, phone, and other channels - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and account information - Support the account management team in meeting client needs and expectations - Assist with creating reports and presentations for client meetings - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and success - Help to identify new business opportunities and potential upsells

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a similar role - Motivated and independent personality traits - Strong people management and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
