Job Description

RESPONSIBILITY:

1. Assist in monthly closing and ensure on time reporting as well as compliance with accounting standards and group reporting requirements.

2. Analyze, review and check accuracy of management account with various reports.

3. Oversee accounts receivables and credit control function.

4. Assist in cash flow management.

5. Assist in internal control setting and improvement.

6. Liaise with external auditor, tax agent and secretary for statutory requirements.

7. Other project or ad-hoc duties as assigned.

8. Able to travel Singapore.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience
• Expert in Microsoft Office (Excel – Vlookup, Pivot table)
• Strong Interpersonal and communication skill
• Team player yet able to work independently in a fast paced environment
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, troubleshooting and communication skills
• Able to travel to Singapore (go to office in Singapore)
• Work location : GELANG PATAH (Taman Perindustrian Nusa Cemerlang)
