Junior Recruitment Consultant Candidate Holder

Salary Range: RM2,300 to RM3,000 

Location: Eko Botani, Johor

Responsibilities 

- Build relationships with candidates, have countless conversations with candidates on a daily basis interviewing, making follow up calls, discussing position details and skill requirements, match the job to the right candidates, presenting candidates to clients, conducting background verification checks.

- Create and post job advertisements Search for potential candidates using hiring databases and social media.

- Assess applications and resumes Screen applicants before the interviewing process.

- Knowledge and understanding of recruiting and sourcing techniques.

- Having to juggle multiple tasks at once and priorities them is all in a days work.

- To understand client requirements 

Requirements and Skills:

- No experience is welcome; provide training. 

- Positive mindset and attitude. 

- Mandarin Speaker added advantage. 

- Good in Sales/Customer service skills.
