Assistant Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

1. Processing of export documents.
2. Reviewing, processing, and confirming customer documents:

A) Keying in document style

B) Chasing S.I. and drafting BL for confirmation

C) Invoicing

D) Printing BL and invoice once VSL sails.

1. Communicating with ECU-Line customers to ensure they receive the proper documents on time.
2. Entering and correcting data and addressing technical concerns related to all parts of the export processes, such as tariffs, bills of lading, and receipts.
3. Liaising with carriers to ensure the master bill of lading aligns with the shipping instructions provided.
4. Issuing payment vouchers to the shipping line with the quoted rate upon booking.
5. Sending pre-alerts to agents.
6. Creating DN/CN for agents.
7. Closing files.
