Penerangan Pekerjaan - Assistant Relationship Manager

Client Relationship Management: Handle client inquiries, provide product/service information, and resolve any emerging problems with efficiency.
Credit Applicants: Assist in writing credit papers, ensuring they are accurate and adhere to company standards.
Documentation Preparation: Prepare, review, and manage sales-related documents, including quotations, proposals, and contracts.
Data Management: Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and CRM systems.
Reporting: Generate regular sales reports and custom reports as required by the company.
Sales Support: Support the sales team in daily operations, ensuring they have all the necessary tools and information to excel.
Inter-Departments Liaison: Work closely with other functions to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; however, experience in writing credit papers would be a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
Familiarity with CRM systems would be an advantage.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
