Responsibilities:
- Leading development of the Trade Marketing Strategy to achieve defined business objectives across defined product categories and their key channels.
- Owning responsibility for the development, execution, and performance of all programs designed to increase presence and ultimate off-take through piloting improved planograming, merchandising, promotions and shopper engagement
- Ensuring alignment across the Sales and Marketing teams on field sales needs and marketing initiatives.
- Leading efforts to leverage Brand Positioning and solidify the company's market position through our customers and their retail floors.
- Providing seasoned leadership in the translation and execution of the Marketing strategy into impactful programs.
- Putting in place, monitor and improve processes to link all Marketing activities with the activities of the Sales team.
- Ensuring timely new product listing and impactful selling story
- Take learning from trade program effectiveness evaluation
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing or equivalent
- Must have FMCG Trade Marketing experience. Personal Care a bonus
- Good communication skills (both in spoken and written)
- Strong consumer service, interpersonal and communication skills
- Skills in brand and shopper marketing - FMCG
- Passion for results, creative solution, innovation with a thirst for fresh knowledge and experience
- Good organizational skills and attention to details in a rapidly evolving environment and development
- Discipline in execution and follow up of campaigns to achieve desired results and work to tight deadlines
Experience:
- Minimum 3- 4 years of trade marketing management experience
- Experience in sales and marketing will be an advantage
