• Possess occupational experience in  FIREFIGHTING  and practical knowledge of  HELICOPTER EMERGENCY RESPONSE  or  OFFSHORE HELICOPTER OPERATION

To maintain our commitment to providing the highest quality and flexible service to our customers, we are currently seeking ASSOCIATE TRAINER to deliver comprehensive range of safety training programs at our Regional Centers and customer premises (onshore and offshore).

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The role and responsibilities of a Associate Trainer shall include but not limited to support and assist direct training and facilitating duties in the organization:

• Delivers, assesses, and evaluates training programs according to high standards.
• Carries out preventive maintenance and updates records for training facilities and equipment.
• Maintains the presentability of facilities and reports issues as necessary.
• Shares knowledge and self-learns to stay updated on industry changes.
• Develops competencies to serve as backup as needed.
• Exhibits a positive attitude toward participants, visitors, and colleagues.
• Upholds the organization's reputation and values.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by superiors.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum qualification of SPM or Diploma in Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• Occupational experience in firefighting with practical knowledge of helicopter emergency response or offshore helicopter operation.
• Possession of a Professional in Training Certification and classroom training experience, preferably accompanied by a competence assessor certification.
• Strong team player showcasing excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and digital tools.
• Effective communication skills demonstrated in both written and verbal formats.
