Job Responsibility

Handling inbound calls, emails, and live chat regarding inquiries, policy information, account management, claims processing, and general support.
Filing customer records, including contact information, purchases and billings.
Providing customers with clear instructions to resolve issues.
Rerouting customer calls to other departments when advanced solutions are needed.

Monthly Salary: RM2800 Basic Salary + Up to RM400 Night Shift Allowance + Up to RM500 KPI allowance.
