Brand Assistant

As a Brand Assistant at Dear Hustlers, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Brand Strategist in transforming brands, ensuring the smooth execution of various tasks related to lead generation and client servicing. Your responsibilities will include: Client Servicing:

• Providing proactive follow-up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or questions they may have.
• Reviewing client worksheets and supporting them in successfully navigating the brand acceleration process.
• Preparing meeting materials and facilitating client meetings to ensure objectives are met.
• Assist in brand strategy execution to deliver on strategy, on time and within budget

Lead Generation Effort:

• Assist brand strategist in building brand image. Managing content creation, including scheduling posts, inviting guests for interviews, and editing content.
• Coordinate brand strategist's engagements, which involves scheduling, and capturing photo and video content during speaking engagements.
• Support sales closing by facilitating post-sales calls with potential clients with info needed.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
