Penerangan Pekerjaan - Business Development Consultant

Shortlisted candidates will need to complete application forms in the pre-screen stage. ======================================== This is a sales and revenue oriented job role by aiming to increase company revenue by selling our digital marketing solutions and service. You will be focusing on:

  • Consultative Selling
  • Act as a trusted advisor to potential customers by understanding their unique requirements and providing consultative sales support.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and deliver tailored product presentations or demonstrations.
  • Offer expert advice, recommendations, and solutions based on a deep understanding of the customer's business and industry.
-Account Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct research on potential customers and industries to identify opportunities for sales growth.
  • Analyze customer data, market trends, and competitor activities to develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Identify key decision-makers within target accounts and gather relevant information to personalize sales approaches.
-Relationship Building:
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential customers through various channels such as email, social media, and networking events.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations and provide value-added information to build trust and credibility.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, and offer customized solutions.
-Upselling and Cross-selling:
  • Identify opportunities within potential customer/prospect to upsell additional products or services.
  • Present and promote relevant upgrades, add-ons, or complementary offerings that align with customer needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the customer and internal stakeholders to develop compelling proposals and negotiate favorable terms.
-Account Management:
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize customer retention and growth.
  • Regularly review potential customer accounts, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery of products, services, and support to customers.

  • You will be remunerated with Basic Salary (range from RM4000 - RM6000 depends on experience) + Commissions + Performance Incentive.

; JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 4 years proven experience in sales/ business development.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, digital media and social media platforms.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Able to communicate more than 2 languages is an added advantage.
  • Experience working in an agency environment is a plus.
