*Job Summary:*
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager with a keen focus on Business Development (70-80%) and Consulting Services (20-30%). This role is pivotal in expanding our clientele by targeting corporate clients, including MNCs, Large Local Conglomerates, and State-Owned Enterprises, specifically their Human Resources Directors. The ideal candidate will be adept at building meaningful relationships, not just transactions, and capable of presenting our suite of solutions to C-level executives and their direct reports with confidence and clarity.
*Key Responsibilities:*
Business Development (70-80%):
- Identify and engage potential clients from MNCs, Large Local Conglomerates, and State-Owned Enterprises through strategic scouting and networking.
- Develop and implement targeted strategies for promoting Harrison Assessments' solutions in Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Employee Engagement, and Leadership Succession Planning.
- Conduct high-impact presentations and discussions with C-level executives (C-1, C-2) to demonstrate the value and applicability of our assessments in meeting their organizational needs.
- Manage the sales cycle effectively from lead generation to closing, ensuring a high conversion rate.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and case studies that highlight the benefits of our solutions.
- Provide feedback from the field to guide future product developments and enhancements.
Consulting Services (20-30%):
- Deliver first-level consulting services, including profile reporting, debriefing, and interpretation of assessment data.
- Advise clients on the practical application of assessment insights to achieve tangible improvements in talent management processes.
- Facilitate workshops or seminars as needed to help clients understand and utilize our solutions effectively.

; JOB REQUIREMENTS: *Qualifications:*
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in sales, with a significant portion dedicated to business development, preferably in HR solutions, assessments, or related fields.
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, with a track record of successfully pitching to and engaging with senior executives.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and challenges, particularly in Talent Acquisition, Development, Engagement, and Leadership Succession Planning.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with a focus on long-term partnership rather than transactional sales.
- Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet potential clients and attend industry events.
- Prefer lady candidate and able to speak English and Bahasa
