Call Center Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

PPB Group Berhad is seeking a dedicated and confident Call Center Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis, working remotely. As an Associate Level position, candidates should have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Receive and handle incoming calls from customers, providing excellent customer service and resolving inquiries or issues. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or gather feedback. 3. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient call center operations. 5. Assist in training new call center employees and provide ongoing support and guidance. 6. Utilize project management skills to meet call center goals and objectives. 7. Practice effective people management to motivate and inspire team members. 8. Adhere to call center policies and procedures to maintain quality standards.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong project management skills. 4. Ability to effectively manage people and work well in a team environment. 5. Proficiency in using call center software and tools. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification is a plus. 7. Ability to work remotely and independently.
