Call Center Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Call Center Assistant to join our team at Westports Holdings Berhad. This is a remote work position based in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate Level Call Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients over the phone.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Providing information about products and services to customers. 4. Processing orders and payments accurately. 5. Maintaining customer records and updating information as needed. 6. Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. 7. Analyzing call center data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. 8. Demonstrating leadership skills in managing difficult customer interactions.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers. 3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Reliable and dedicated work ethic. 6. Comfortable working independently in a remote work setting. 7. Soft skills in analysis and leadership.
