Call Center Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

UEM Sunrise Berhad is seeking a highly motivated Call Center Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. This position will be conducted remotely and will be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The ideal candidate for this role will be independent, driven, and possess strong soft skills in innovation and project management.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner - Provide accurate information to customers regarding products and services - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention - Update customer information in the company database - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Must be innovative and have strong project management skills
