Call Center Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad is seeking a Call Center Specialist to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This is a full-time, entry-level position that offers the opportunity to work remotely. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls from customers and provide information about products and services - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support - Document all customer interactions accurately in the company database - Meet and exceed performance metrics related to call quality, customer satisfaction, and resolution time - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member or department for resolution - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications - Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is a plus but not required - Independent and motivated to succeed in a remote work environment - Strong people management skills to handle various customer interactions - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes - Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues - High school diploma or equivalent required
