Chat Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Boustead Holdings Berhad is seeking a Chat Support Assistant to join our team remotely in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As a Chat Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through chat communication channels. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through chat channels. 2. Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution. 3. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Use various software tools to manage customer interactions and data accurately. 6. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in a customer service or chat support role. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Resilient and confident attitude when handling challenging situations. 5. Strong teamwork and leadership skills. 6. Must be able to work remotely and have a stable internet connection. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software. 8. High school diploma or equivalent required.
