Chat Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Nestlé Malaysia is seeking a motivated and hardworking Chat Support Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis, working remotely. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing chat support to customers, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions to customers. 3. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues. 5. Utilize negotiation and decision-making skills to find the best resolution for customers. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies. 7. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer service or support role. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Proven negotiation and decision-making abilities. 5. High level of motivation and a strong work ethic. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
