Client Relations Assistant - Remote Work

As a Client Relations Assistant, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: - Providing excellent customer service to clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat - Managing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Assisting with client onboarding and account maintenance - Collaborating with other team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Conducting market research and analysis to improve client relations strategies - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions
