Client Relations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

MISC Berhad is seeking a motivated and energetic Client Relations Associate to join our team. This is a remote work position based in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Entry Level Associate, you will play a key role in managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and engagement. - Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, providing timely and accurate responses. - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs and provide solutions to any issues that may arise. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients. - Analyze client feedback and data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. - Assist in the development of client-related marketing materials and campaigns.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field. - 1 year of experience in client relations or a similar role. - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients. - Excellent analytical skills to interpret client data and feedback. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
