Client Service Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Genting Group is seeking a confident and hardworking Client Service Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis, with the flexibility to work remotely. As an Associate level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in client service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels, such as email, phone, and chat. 2. Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to support client onboarding and retention efforts. 4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. 5. Complete administrative tasks related to client accounts and documentation. 6. Utilize negotiation skills to handle challenging situations and resolve conflicts with clients. 7. Work closely with team members to achieve service excellence and meet company goals. 8. Act as a brand ambassador for Genting Group, promoting our services and values to clients.

Requirements: 1. Confident and hardworking individual with a positive attitude. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Previous experience in client service or a similar role. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 7. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. 8. Knowledge of the gaming or hospitality industry is a plus.
