Job Description:


As a Client Service Assistant at AirAsia Group Berhad, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working remotely from Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.


Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assisting clients with booking flights, changing reservations, and resolving any issues that may arise - Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty - Participating in training and development programs to continuously improve your skills


Requirements: - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Adaptable and able to handle a variety of customer concerns - Creative problem-solving skills - Emotional intelligence to effectively understand and address customer needs - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
