Job Description:


As a Client Service Specialist at Eco World Development Group Berhad, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service and support to our clients. The position is remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. This is a full-time, entry-level position ideal for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.


Responsibilities: - Manage and respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner - Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requests are handled efficiently and accurately - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to clients - Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and enhance the overall client experience


Requirements: - Passionate about providing exceptional service and building strong relationships with clients - Highly motivated and driven to meet and exceed client expectations - Strong leadership skills with the ability to take initiative and lead projects independently - Creative problem-solving abilities to resolve client issues effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in using CRM systems and other customer service tools - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change with speed and efficiency
