Client Service Specialist - Remote Work

As a Client Service Specialist at Sapura Energy Berhad, your role will be vital in ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. This is a remote work position based in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY, offering a full-time schedule with the level of Associate. We are seeking individuals with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role who are dedicated and motivated to excel in their work.

Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. - Manage client accounts and ensure their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients. - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to clients. - Assist in developing client service strategies to improve retention and loyalty.

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong project management abilities to juggle multiple client accounts effectively. - Experience working in a client-facing role within the energy industry is preferred. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently. - Proficiency in using technology and software to support client service efforts. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
