Client Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

As a Client Support Associate at Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad, you will be responsible for providing remote support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. Your primary goal will be to maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction with the company's services.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues - Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions to clients - Educate clients on the company's products and services - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Follow up with clients to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better serve clients - Meet and exceed performance targets for client satisfaction and resolution times

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in client support or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Driven and energetic personality - Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
