Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner, escalating to higher levels of support when necessary. 3. Assist clients with navigating the company's products and services, providing guidance and training as needed. 4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and resolutions in the company's CRM system. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded. 6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance the client experience. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients and contribute to overall business growth. 8. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to deepen knowledge and skills in client support.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field. 2. 3+ years of experience in client support or a similar customer-facing role. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach. 4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems. 6. Adaptable and able to thrive in a remote work environment. 7. Driven and motivated to provide the best possible support to clients. 8. Strategic planning and decision-making skills. 9. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. 10. Visa sponsorship or eligibility to work in Malaysia. 11. Vision insurance coverage. 12. Travel and spending expenses covered for work-related activities.
