Job Description:

As a Client Support Representative at SIRIM Berhad, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients remotely from your location in Johor Bahru, Johor. Your primary role will be to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction - Provide accurate information and solutions to clients - Manage and resolve customer complaints - Build sustainable relationships with customers through open and interactive communication - Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Hardworking and motivated individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service - Excellent negotiation skills and ability to adapt to different customer needs - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required - entry-level position
