Client Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

UMW Holdings Berhad is currently seeking a dedicated and resourceful Client Support Representative to join our team. This is a remote work position based in George Town, Penang, Malaysia. As an Entry Level Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and provide information about our products and services. 2. Assist clients with order processing, shipping, and any issues that may arise. 3. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary. 4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication. 5. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. 6. Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients. 8. Provide feedback to the management team on ways to improve the client experience.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role. 2. Resourceful and dedicated with a passion for helping others. 3. Strong adaptability and critical thinking skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
