Job Description:
As a Contact Center Officer at Proton Holdings Berhad, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels. This is a remote work position based in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY, with full-time hours and an associate-level seniority. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess a high level of energy and resilience.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and resolve customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and live chat. 2. Provide product and service information to customers in a professional and courteous manner. 3. Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. 4. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members for resolution. 5. Assist in training and mentoring junior contact center staff. 6. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience. 7. Meet and exceed KPIs and performance targets set by the company. 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Energetic and resilient personality traits. 3. Strong people management and adaptability skills. 4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
