As a Contact Center Specialist at Sunway Construction Group Berhad, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats from customers and clients. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and support, while also gathering important feedback and information to improve the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a high volume of incoming calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and inquiries. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently. 4. Document all interactions and maintain detailed records of customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints. 5. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and follow up on unresolved issues. 6. Conduct data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in customer service processes. 7. Meet and exceed performance metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction ratings, and resolution rates. 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends. 9. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Resourceful and driven to achieve goals and exceed expectations. 6. Time management skills to meet deadlines and handle a high volume of inquiries. 7. Analytical skills to interpret data and identify patterns for improvement. 8. Experience using customer service software and CRM systems is a plus.
