Credit Control Senior Analyst

Provide an effective credit control service while adhering to company policies and protocols. Assess and remove sales order restrictions in alignment with the credit policy.

Description

• Evaluate credit requests and thoroughly assess the credit risk exposure of both new and existing customers.
• Analyze the financial statements and credit history of current and potential clients.
• Generate monthly credit control metrics to ensure accuracy in tracking.
• Ensure adherence to agreed-upon accounting principles, service levels, and company policies and procedures.
• Meet deadlines for releasing orders to support shipping cutoff schedules.
• Collaborate closely with internal functional teams to address and resolve issues effectively.
• Assist team members with credit control matters and escalate issues to the Assistant Manager when necessary.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives, digitalization efforts, and other required tasks.
• Take part in internal and external audits, providing necessary information as requested.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the Shared Service Center (SSC) for monthly closing activities.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Commerce, Finance, or Account
• At least 3 years of experience in Credit Management, with a minimum of 2 years in shared services.
• Excellent team player.
• Proficient in using ERP systems and office productivity tools like MS Office and SAP
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills for cultivating and managing relationships with stakeholders.
