Job Description:
Top Glove Corporation Berhad is seeking a Customer Care Officer to join our team in a remote work position based in George Town, Penang, Malaysia. As a Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner - Assist customers with product information, order status, shipping and delivery updates, and issue resolution - Proactively identify and escalate potential issues to the appropriate departments - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers - Follow established processes and procedures to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or customer care role - Confident and reliable individual with strong communication skills - Ability to think innovatively and problem-solve effectively - Proficient in using customer service software and systems - Strong attention to detail and organization skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
