Penerangan Pekerjaan - Customer Service Advisor/Customer Service Associate

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be directly engaging with leads generated from our various advertising campaigns. Your goal is to attend to these leads through persuasive communication, understanding their needs, and effectively presenting our products as solutions, with the ultimate goal of closing sales. You will play a pivotal role in achieving our sales targets and contributing to our long-term business growth. [Apply now at ; JOB REQUIREMENTS: Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management: Efficiently manage and respond to all leads generated from advertising campaigns across different platforms (social media, email, web, etc.). Ensure timely follow-up to maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Sales Conversion: Engage with leads through various channels to understand their needs and interests. Use persuasive selling techniques to convert leads into customers, emphasizing the value and benefits of our products/services.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products, pricing plans, and any promotions or discounts. Use this knowledge to answer queries, overcome objections, and close sales effectively.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers during the sales process. Employ a consultative sales approach to match the right product/service to the customer’s needs.
  • Performance Tracking: Keep accurate records of all sales activities, including calls made, emails sent, leads converted, and customer feedback. Report on sales results against targets to the Sales Manager on a regular or as-needed basis.
  • Feedback Collection: Actively seek and compile feedback from leads and customers regarding their experience and satisfaction with our sales process and products/services. Share insights with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and improve lead generation campaigns.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in sales training and professional development opportunities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in telesales or customer service, with a focus on conversion and driving sales..
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving results.
  • Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are preferred but not required.
