Penerangan Pekerjaan - Customer Service Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are seeking a highly motivated and independent Customer Service Associate to join our team at S P Setia Berhad. This is a remote work position located in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and assisting them with any inquiries they may have.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with products or services. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges as needed. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies. 7. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and concerns.


Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Cooperative attitude and ability to work well in a team environment. 5. Analytical skills to identify patterns and trends in customer inquiries. 6. Proficient in using customer service software and tools. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
