Penerangan Pekerjaan - Customer Service Coordinator

Job Description POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY To provide personalized service and professional product advice to customers. Essential Position Functions SALES
  • Canvass sales by providing excellent customer service; determining customer's needs and product recommendation.
  • Supervise and ensuring implementation of the sales strategies within each area/outlet specified to ensure sales planned conducted accordingly towards the achievement of sales budget.
  • Supervise product movement and assist on coordinating promotions activities to ensure promotion runs smoothly and enable to generate incremental sales.
CUSTOMER RELATIONS
  • Ensure that all customers are given maximum courtesy and assistance at all times.
  • Ensure maximum efficiency in service to customers by ensuring that staff are well placed accordingly.
  • Ensure handling of customer complaints are in accordance with the company's policies.
  • Solve or assist staff on customer complaints and answering customer's questions and complaints intelligently with tact and calm.
  • Responsible for the following in consultation with the Supervisor
  • Ensure staff given the highest standard of customer service by providing leadership through example.
  • Ensure close liaison with the customers.
  • Attend and provide personalized service to the privilege card holders; tour group and pre order customers.
MERCHANDISE
  • Monitor and provide information on slow moving item; feedback obtain from customer on requirement of new products and stock movement to assist on the recommendation required to be done for promotion and new product to be introduced.
PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE
  • Know merchandise on the floor especially their assigned area
  • Identify the slow and fast moving merchandise.
  • Ensure that merchandise assortments are correctly and appropriately done as directed by the Supervisor in charge.
  • Ensure that stocks requested/ordered from the warehouse or buyer reach the sales floor on time.
  • Effectively monitor the competition in the market place. Constantly survey competitors shop on product; range; price; display; etc.
  • Report monthly sales figures to the Supervisor in charge for consolidation to the management.
SPACE
  • Ensure that merchandise is well stocked; arranged and displayed at the allocated fixtures; space at the showcase; shelves; shirt/pants prongs must not be left empty without stock.
  • Ensure the appearance of the shop i.e. cleanliness of the store (trading or non-trading area) is well maintained and free from dust/dirt at all times.
  • Ensure all fixtures are in good condition; clean and well-arranged/aligned.
  • Ensure the integral look of the shop and the projection of the company's good image is always maintained.
Others
  • Report any maintenance problems when detected immediately to the Supervisor in charge.
  • Familiar and know how to operate the cash register.
  • Assist the Supervisor in charge in reconciliation of daily sales upon required. The Supervisor in charge is however required to re checked and verified the sales collection.
  • Ensure proper updating of the foreign exchange in consultation with the cash controller.
  • Immediately notify superiors of any mishap to general public.
  • Ensure the company approved cleaners/electrician completes their duties properly.
  • Ensure that the following are done accordingly:
    • Random check on stock card
    • To perform additional duties from time to time as assigned by the company.
Key Challenges Skills
  • High degree of interpersonal and inter-relations skills.
  • In depth product knowledge of specific area.
  • Well groomed, mature and approachable.
Education
  • SPM with Credit in Bahasa Malaysia and Pass in English and Mathematics
