Penerangan Pekerjaan - Customer Service Engineer

Responsible for installation commissioning and training of vision inspection system and machine acceptance.
Pay frequent customer visit for presales evaluation and aftersales service to improve customer satisfaction and build strong relationship.
Handle machine maintenances and conduct troubleshooting to solve technical issues.
Frequent travel across the country and sometimes overseas.
1 years of experiences in similar technical services job. Experiences in inspection supplier or printing machinery would be bonus.
Education: Diploma degree or above. Major in mechanical IT or automation electricidal is preferred.
Good communication skills hard working self motivated and a good team player.
Knowledge in mechanical and electrical can read and draw basic drawings.
5. Familiar with office software such as office and WPS; Know how to use AutoCAD basically
