ยท To deliver accurate information and efficient service in answering request, providing information and resolving issues on services for customers.
ยท To ensure completion of coordination of each case.
ยท To listen and understand customer requests and questions
Experiences and skills required:
Entry level applicants with positive attitude will be considered as training will be provided.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
ยท SPM/SPVM/SKM/Diploma/Degree.
ยท Computer literate with the ability to quickly adapt to CRM system.
ยท Good spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English. Ability to speak other local language is an added advantage
ยท Excellent telephone communication skill.
ยท Outstanding customer service skills, highly customer focused, with a desire to resolve each customers issue.
ยท Dicipline, a team player, pleasant personality and positive working attitude.
ยท Willing to work a rotational shifts
