Job Description:

• Handle customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products via chat support
• Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
• Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a call centre environment
• Strong command of English (verbal & written) skills
• Applicant must be willing to work on rotational shifts
• Able to start immediately
