- 提供卓越的客户服务 通过电话、电子邮件和实时聊天管理客人的需求。
- 专业处理来自客户和客户的大量查询。
- 能够专业处理的第一联系人 解决客户投诉。
- 专业地响应呼入电话, 包括紧急退款, 争议, 更改预订等。
- 了解并交付业务策略 通过执行自助服务改善客户服务。
职位需要:
最好是文凭及以上学历。- 建议拥有至少 6 个月到一年的联络中心经验。
- 优秀的口语和写作能力中文和广东话。
- 能够轮班工作(上午/下午/午夜班)。

Job Description
- Deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of guests through calls, email, and live chats.
- Professionally handle high volume of inquiries from clients and customers.
- Be a first point of contact to handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Respond professionally to inbound phone calls, including urgent refunds, disputes, changes in booking etc.
- Understand and deliver business strategies and improve customer services through the execution of self-service.
Job Requirement
- Preferably Diploma qualification and above.
- Minimum 6 months to one year of contact center experience is desirable.
- Excellent command of spoken and written Mandarin, and Cantonese.
- Able to work in shift rotations (am/pm/midnight shift).
- Analytical thinking and high problem-solving skills.
