职位描述:

  • 提供卓越的客户服务 通过电话、电子邮件和实时聊天管理客人的需求。
  • 专业处理来自客户和客户的大量查询。
  • 能够专业处理的第一联系人 解决客户投诉。
  • 专业地响应呼入电话, 包括紧急退款, 争议, 更改预订等。
  • 了解并交付业务策略 通过执行自助服务改善客户服务。


职位需要:


  • 最好是文凭及以上学历。
  • 建议拥有至少 6 个月到一年的联络中心经验。
  • 优秀的口语和写作能力中文和广东话。
  • 能够轮班工作(上午/下午/午夜班)。
  • 分析思维和高解决问题的能力。

Job Description

  • Deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of guests through calls, email, and live chats.
  • Professionally handle high volume of inquiries from clients and customers.
  • Be a first point of contact to handle and resolve customer complaints.
  • Respond professionally to inbound phone calls, including urgent refunds, disputes, changes in booking etc.
  • Understand and deliver business strategies and improve customer services through the execution of self-service.

Job Requirement

  • Preferably Diploma qualification and above.
  • Minimum 6 months to one year of contact center experience is desirable.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written Mandarin, and Cantonese.
  • Able to work in shift rotations (am/pm/midnight shift).
  • Analytical thinking and high problem-solving skills.
