KYC Operations Specialist (Japanese Speaker)

1. Perform KYC (Know Your Customer) operations in compliance with regulatory requirements, including:

   • Reviewing and verifying information to ensure regulatory compliance.
   • Contacting customers to gather KYC information and address queries.
   • Collaborating with AML and Risk teams to stay updated on regulatory changes.

2. Handle customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, or online chat promptly and effectively.

3. Collaborate with cross-department teams to ensure smooth handling of customers' daily needs and timely issue resolution.

4. Demonstrate excellent service etiquette and skills to provide high-quality services to customers.

Requirements:

• College degree or higher.
• Fluent in written and spoken Japanese.
• Fluent in written and spoken English or Mandarin.
• Able to work in the office.
